1. Where shall I go to send parcel/document?

You may visit any one of our outlets nationwide. Please kindly visit (location) to find out the nearest outlet to your location.

 

 2. What is the maximum weight and dimension of parcel that can be delivered?

The maximum weight of parcel that can be delivered is 25kg and limit to a dimension of no more than 1m per side. (Not applicable on account customer)

 

3. Can I send parcel/document to international destinations?

Yes, you can. Besides domestic delivery, we also provide international delivery service to almost all nations worldwide. Just visit our outlet to find out more.

 

4. What is the maximum weight and dimension of parcel for international delivery?

There is no maximum weight for international shipment. However, for any shipment exceeding 30kg, you are kindly requested to break them into smaller pieces of shipments for ease of handling. The maximum dimension for international shipment is 4m per side.

 7. How can I open an account with ABX Express?

9. Does ABX Express provide pick up service?

Yes, we do. To arrange for pick-up service, you may contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03-8084 3111.

 

10. What is the payment method available?

Two payment methods are available for our account customers which are by online transfer and cheque. For non-account customers, we only accept cash payment over the counters.

 

11. How do I track my shipment?

To do online tracking of your shipment, kindly visit our website (Track & Trace) and insert the consignment number/tracking number.

 

12. How do I arrange for self-collection at any ABX Express outlet?

To arrange for self-collection at any ABX Express outlet, kindly call our Customer Service Hotline at 03-8084 3111 and simply request for self-collection arrangement and specify which outlet to collect from.

 

13. How do I file a complaint or give feedback regarding ABX Express service?

 15. What is Easyship?

Easyship is platform that we introduce to ease the entire process of sending parcel. This platform allows you to key in the Sender Details and Recipient Details of your shipment by using your own computer at home, print out the temporary Consignment Note and then visit our outlet. Our staff at the shop will then scan the QR code on the temporary Consignment Note and the details of Sender and Recipient will automatically be transferred into our system. No more long queue and no more long waiting time at the shop. Simply Chill, Click and Drop your parcel.

 

16. Is it free to register for Easyship?

Yes, registering for Easyship is free of charge. Simply visit (Easyship) to register for free.

18. Is Easyship available at all outlets?

At this stage, the Easyship platform is only available at our outlets within Klang Valley area.
