Job Title: Operation Development & Improvement Executive
Department: Operation Management (OPSM)
Job Description:

 Job Description:

  • Assist in coordinate appliance on new process (system or operational wise) to countrywide station
  • Learn New Application/Project of Operation
  • Adapt the New Application to Current Operation & create SOP
  • Alert & work with other department related to make sure the new Project is standard to all department related.
  • Provide general training to Trainer for New Application
  • Assist in application development by advising Operation Report criteria & format.
  • Provide/ Create report format to evaluate Operation Performance of New Application
  • Improve current Operation process & Performance

 Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Experienced in Analysis & SOP construct at least 2 years
  • Able to communicate, write both Bahasa & English well
  • Able to handle difficult situation with professional manner
  • Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
  • Good in teamwork & leadership
  • Willing to work independent with less supervision
