Customer Relationship Management
Manage responsible accounts: provide after-sales support, promptly respond to any inquiries from customers.
Regularly analyse data and provide monthly report
Collaborate with Customers and various department in developing a new project
Handling invoices and AR issue
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Good in Written and Oral in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (required due to business nature)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
