Job Description 

  • Daily follow up calls & chasing for outstanding payment
  • To ensure monthly collection achieved as per target
  •  Find details cheque or online payment and prepare daily bank in summary
  •  Settle any customers request or queries
  •  Prepare customer query form (CQF) for credit note (CN) or debit note (DN) request – wrongly bill, compensate, wrong weight
  • Find details payment for online payment or payment advice from customer

 

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, post-graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least (1) year of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
  • Possess own transport
