Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Description:

  • Manage responsible accounts: provide after-sales support, promptly respond to any inquiries from customers.
  • Regularly analyse data and provide monthly report
  • Collaborate with Customers and various department in developing a new project
  • Handling invoices and AR issue
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Good in Written and Oral in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (required due to business nature)
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from customer and internal stakeholder
  • Assist in resolving matter involving undelivered shipment and urgent shipment
  • Coordinate with Operations Team on shipment matter
  • Maintain accurate record on incoming inquiries
Requirement:
  • Highest Educations: SPM/Diploma/Degree and above
  • Must be presentable and well-grooming
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Excellent in decision-making skills
  • Individual who is hard-working, cheerful and very responsible with work and other teams
  • Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in fast pace environment
